Our mission is to offer consultation and support while advocating for all pharmacists. We empower and influence relevant stakeholders through educational initiatives and negotiation skills, emphasising the indispensable role of pharmacists in healthcare.
To unite pharmacists for a cohesive voice, advocating for fairness and justice, ensuring safety and security within the profession.
Establish a minimum standard for employment rights.
Educate pharmacists on fair compensation.
Address pension schemes for locums.
Elevate the professional image of pharmacists.
 Define and promote the roles of pharmacists within healthcare teams.
Advocate for pay adjustments in line with inflation and professional contributions.
Ensure a minimum paid rest break per shift. Reject poor working conditions and low pay.
Establishing a policy to guarantee timely payment for locum pharmacists by contractors.
Imposing additional fees for non-compliance with payment deadlines (due no later than 31 days after completing a shift).
Advocate for pharmacist inclusion in decision-making processes.
Address limited career advancement opportunities, especially in community pharmacy.
Monitor and safeguard the pharmacy profession against threats from artificial intelligence technologies
Serve as a representative voice for all pharmacists across sectors inclusive of Locum and pre-registration pharmacists.
