With over 13 years of experience as the Founder and Director of Rehoboth Pharmacy & Variety Store, Yvonne has established herself as a visionary in the industry.

Yvonne’s journey in healthcare began with her pursuit of a Master’s degree with Honours in pharmacy, providing her with a strong foundation in the field. She has since diversified her expertise, working as a locum pharmacist in community and hospital settings, as well as in GP practices. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her additional qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Beyond her roles in pharmacy, Yvonne is a seasoned registered nurse with over thirty years of experience, specialising in critical care nursing. Her extensive background in nursing has equipped her with invaluable insights into patient care and healthcare management.

Yvonne’s passion for advocacy and employee rights led her to become a prominent figure in healthcare organisations. As a trade union representative for the Royal College of Nursing, she advocated tirelessly for her colleagues on matters such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance-related issues.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Yvonne is deeply involved in community service and mentorship. She has volunteered as an assessor for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, playing a pivotal role in selecting aspiring healthcare leaders for assistant director positions. Her contributions to the NHS Graduate Scheme have been instrumental in identifying and nurturing top talent in human resources and business management.
